By using AI Photo Style Transformer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Service
AI Photo Style Transformer is a free tool that applies AI-powered artistic style transformations to your photos. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or specific results.
Your Content
You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to use the image and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Uploaded images are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-process images
- Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
Rate Limits
The service enforces rate limits (currently 10 transformations per hour) to ensure fair usage for all users. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
